1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product not delivered
  • Duplicate payment

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
